Title: Phillies - Tigers Blockbuster deal

The Phillies and Tigers have agreed to the deal of all deals.

Phillies receive:

RP Saito, Takashi, $1m (2011)

Tigers receive:

SP Kazmir, Scott, $3m (2012)


I did this deal for a little depth in the bullpen.  Thanks Hank!

Tigers accept. We obtain a young arm, who was struggling in 2010. But, we are optimistic about his future .
