Winnipeg confirms.  This trade is looking past whatever weird stub season we end up having for '20-'21.  I wouldn't have been re-signing Oshie, and my main goal was to get a 1st round pick to help restock the pipeline after trading away picks over the last couple of seasons.  Guhle is a throw-in that has a chance to become a cheap depth defenseman.

No issue with this trade but would like to see some sort of standard for TC window. Obviously 24hrs isn't enough for anything but a rubber stamp.

Let's do 48 then.  Also if there's any concern with the trade, or if I'm not confident in my knowledge to tell if it's fair or not, I'm going to PM the TC about it.

Also - to the traders - when you trade cap on Fantrax it only tracks the current year.  If Oshie was signed to more than 1 year, we'd need to track the cap exchange for subsequent years separately, which we're doing via a thread on Fantrax.  Just FYI.
