Title: Offseason Poll #1 - Draft Pick Trading

There seemed to be some confusion and controversy on this last year so let's revote and make it official. Simple yes or no vote is cool but any additional thoughts are welcome.

This was close but we are going with no draft pick trading for 2020 season. Can always revisit.  :judge:

I think this is a good idea. Draft pick trading can hinder a team if a person come in trades all picks then leaves next owner screwed
