Rays acquire: P Carlos Rodon  .3m(P-n/a)

Braves acquire: OF Clint Frazier  .3m(P-n/a)
                        OF  Ian Happ   .3m(P-n/a)

Rays do this trade to land quality cost-controlled pitcher. Rodon is future front-line starter with pure K stuff. Both prospects' bats are said to be near MLB ready, Happ just needs a position. Atlanta to confirm. Good deal Aces.
