Title: Extension prices updated for 18/19

To curb any excitement generated by the salary cap announcement, there's some large increases on extensions this year.  There was some massive signings in the NHL (Tavares, Nylander, etc).

There was an error in the numbers I posted a couple hours ago.  All fixed now.  I used the actual players salary erroneously in the first numbers.  We go by the effective cap hit.  While there are still increases across the board, they're not as bad as they looked a couple hours ago!
