Nooooooooo! I thought Niemi had another yr of NHL backup in him. Can I use the off-season 10% cap overage to buy Niemi out? I think my Sharks are over the cap limit with Price and Niemi coming over.

You cannot use the overage for BOs. I asked. Montreal has an offer for you.
