At this point my Sharks can do much more with a 3rd round draft pick than a couple of depth Centers that are more suited to a playoff contender's roster than mine.

Sharks make this deal for the future. Mitchell's a safe bet for a 4th and we have plenty of picks. The thing I like most about this guy is his dual eligibility at C and RW. He definitely isn't worth a 3rd right now but maybe next year.
A 3rd round draft pick was our asking price and Toronto answered our ad. We think Kuba and Hamrlik are a steal at their cap hits of 0.6m and 0.2m and should be helpful to Thunderblade's team.
Sharks are all about the deal right now and there's no point sitting on an old guy like Sullivan if I can add a draft pick and a good prospect for him.
