Sorry to do this, but Noel was actually bought out by Pelicans last year and therefore should not have been eligible for RFA. Minor error on our part.

Because we had 2 other cases where similar issue happened and deicision was to put them back in regular FA pool, I am going to do the same and have removed from Fantrax.
