Any player under contract at league freeze will be under contract at restart.
All expiring contracts 2021 or prior (2019/2020) will expire after the 2021 season (2021).
All p-n/a contracts at league freeze no longer eligible for p-n/a will be reset to P-2023 & all others will remain the same.
Minor league minimum will be set at 40 players. Moderators will set all milr.
Any milr over 40 players at league freeze will keep all players currently rostered.
