Oilers represent the only team with a full minors. Actually, I've had to make moves just to accommodate guys. I don't care if you increase it or not. I will keep it filled either way  If you choose to not maximize your actual roster, then that is your choice, not mine. 60/60 here in Oil city.

RULE CHANGE 2017-18
(a) INCREASE to max. 82 games AND (b) allow free use in active lineup without promoting player until more than 82 games played

So we'll implement the rule starting in 2017-18.
