I think I screwed this up.

Wanted 3 years $15 but looking at the league rules it?s going to be 5 years $10 mil

The contract must be at least $10.5m for 5 years.  A 5 year vontract must be over $10m per year.

@ldsjayhawk @DaveW @indiansnation - we might want a ruling on this.

Based on the rulebook, winning bids between $41 & $49 might fall into a contractual grey area. For this case, one could divvy the salary as:

3 yrs $15M
4 yrs $11.5M
5 yrs $9M

The first two, per section AIX C1.0, are not legal. Is the 3rd legal?
