Lets say contract is 5m, 8m, 10m, 12.2m...(thats 25.2m divided by 4 years or $6.3m 2023)
We inherit contracts as they are listed. For me Kingery is not a prospect i must list his contract as is.
If a player is making say $575k his contract is grandfathered in at $0.6
If he is clearly a prospect with no mlb service time its $0.5m p-n/a

Highest ranking from current season or 2018 must be used. In case of multiple position eligible players use the highest rank of all positions
