Something that has been overlooked in the past through the chaos of it all is the salary cap. Originally when Armchair was created 10 years ago the salary cap was determined by an average of all MLB salaries that year. Then it was scheduled to grow 5% annually. In 2019 the salary was miscalculated and in 2020, or rather 2021 there was no salary growth at all. In order to fix this oversight we have put together a salary cap schedule below.
