A spot must be available per bid IN THE MINORS

The GM must make separate posts to call up milr players.

There is no open roster spot on milr at rime of fantrax

He has played 68 MLB games and has 179 MLB at bats. Both well over league thresholds for PC.

Please look at those things  :toth:
