Oakland GM Retires

I have decided to hang it up.  Between 3 kids 6 and under, along with managing the Engineering for my communities Natural Gas and Electric systems, I just dont have the time.

It has been pleasure competing, talking sports, and getting to know all of you.  Through this website I have made several good friends.  Thank you all and good luck to you. 

I have to give Rick and Ernie a tip of the hat, this league was inches from it's demise and Rick and Ernie resurrected it.  They are great people.  Anytime you think about complaining please remember they are performing a Free, thankless job, so that you can have fun with fantasy baseball.  Thank to all that help with this league.

It's been a pleasure to have you as a league member.  Your contributions to the league as an active GM, a Trade Committee member, and a knowledgeable competitor were much appreciated.  Those little ones grow up fast, so please do all you can to treasure their "growing experiences".  Sounds like you have a pretty challenging career, but we know you're up to the task.

We will miss having you as a league member, but we wish you nothing but the best.  Enjoy those kids!

Sorry to get this news but I certainly understand. Kids grow up in the blink of an eye.
