Pens wanted to add a goalie. I'm working on another goalie deal or so. Also might have a good young Goalie brewing and ready for the big show in my MiLR in Guddy. Trocheck is a feisty prospect Center who seems poised for top 6 minutes sooner than later.

Straight fwd swap with the explanation from PR. The price wasn't all that steep for a Pens goalie, even a backup which are really valuable in this league. Win to the Pens for adding a goalie and only giving up future potential.

If I may...
I believe in production over potential in most cases, sometimes potential can explode but the odds are against it. I also believe in GMs who believe in themselves, and trust instinct. Good trade boys!

If PR wasnt running things here I wouldve seriously thought he was getting fleeced in this deal but as he said hes got something cooking in his camp fire! Good deal for Crows Pens.

I agree with the other TC members. I think Jack Daniels and Daddy said it best. However I probably have some insight on what motivated Florida to make this trade. More to come.

Easily a WIN for Pittsburgh. A few MAF meltdowns early on and Greiss gets into 30-40 games easy. That makes him way more valuable than a prospect and a draft pick imo.
