Franchise NHL / Re: FNHL VOTE: 2021-22 CAP 5% DECREASE?« on: September 11, 2020, 06:21:14 PM »Great to see everyone's active on this vote. When the owners decide to better manage finances and give the cap a chance to actually manage how teams are run instead of throwing profit back into an excuse to raise the ceiling annually, it will create a better league and a more competitive one where every game is interesting right down to the last second of the final game of the regular season.I'll buy into this idea of the greater good for the whole of FNHL. 44

Right about now I’m liking the Flyers a lot.
They were solid during Round Robin play. Impressive pose by Hart in net and he could take them all the way. 49
Franchise NHL / Re: DISCUSSION: DECREASE 2021-22 CAP CEILING?« on: August 09, 2020, 12:28:18 AM »
I feel it could be too much too soon to implement that type of cap reduction change the same year we are introducing significant value adjustments to skater extensions.
If we do make that change, do so in 2022-23 the year after expansion and the skater extension increases. 5% does appear to be a reasonable rollback figure for 2022-23. 50
