SP Balazovic, Jordan, $0.5m (P-n/a), signed 5/29/19 is not eligible to be traded until July 28, 2019, because of the 60 day moratorium.  As in the past, since the moratorium ends before the trade deadline, the trade can be approved, with the contingency that it cannot be processed until the end of the 60 day moratorium.
