Although I believe every GM should be free to negotiate trades, there are a few problems to address before this trade goes any further.

1) 2019 FYPD draftees cannot be traded until 60 days AFTER the end of the FYPD.  I explained this previously in a News Flash.  This trade includes two players from :CLE: 2019 FYPD (Small and Kirby). 

2) Every trade must be accompanied by a trade rationale.

This trade can be posted, but it must have a stipulation that the trade will not be legitimate until after the 60 Day trade moratorium.  As a moderator, this becomes a slippery slope because it will go into the free agent period and the rosters of the affected teams will not be up to date and that sometimes leads to roster/salary cap problems. 

Trading is fun, and encouraged, but you guys have to start following the rules or it’s going to lead to real problems.

Repost with the necessary stipulations or it will be ruled invalid.
