As one of the past owners of :SJ: I can say you've got yourself a good franchise that needs a little TCL and you're in a division you can be competitive in sooner than later.

Welcome to Franchise NHL, Rock On! I am sure you will enjoy the challenging situation in San Jose. I also started out with a franchise in the process of changing it's fortunes with the Ottawa Senators back in 2011. Part of the thrill for me was starting with a blank slate knowing the sky's the limit!

A well-conditioned team wins in the first ten minutes, maybe less. The opponent is destroyed not just on the scoreboard but their will is broken when an opponent comes out hard and fast.
