I don't know if this has been asked yet, but how is the draft going to work this year? I'm wondering will whoever gets last place for wins get to pick first or since there are no playoffs will the teams just be random as to who will get to pick in what order?

Reverse of the standing so whoever got 18th gets 1st pick and so on to 1st place gets 18th pick.

When will we be able to trade again? I've got a couple deals where I will be moving some draft picks so I wanted to know when we can trade again. Also when will we be losing our players not on contracts anymore? Will we be losing them before the draft or after the draft? I can't trade for players until those players are gone.

They will be gone before the draft for sure, probably in May because I will have sufficient time then. Trade will be re-opened at conclusion of season.

Is it just me or does the date for when free agency opens keep changing? I would like to see it early July not late July

I think its in late july because we have to give the NHL teams time to sign the new free agents. So we know what the players salaries will be.
