Title: New Blues Owner

Please welcome Cris (ldsjayhawk) as the new owner of the Blues. They still have a strong core to be a contender, just needs a little direction.

Unfortunately, the last owner of the Blues has been MIA, but we made a strong hire and expect Cris to turn this franchise back around
