Title: Twins and Padres
Post by: Flash on September 12, 2017, 08:21:02 PM
The abandonment of the Twins by their former GM has created a bit of a dilemma for our league.  The Twins, in their present condition, are not a team that will attract a prospective GM, so with that in mind, I have done something that is a bit out of the ordinary.

A new GM will assume control of the Padres in the form of Reid (Orange Country).  This will afford me the opportunity to become the GM of the Twins.  Many of you know that WCB2, in order to compete in 2017, had to contract from 20 to 16 teams.  As such, when a team like the Twins has a GM leave the league, that void must be filled.  I believe that in the best interests of the league, it is necessary and proper to have someone like Reid take over the Padres so that the rebuilding process can begin for the Twins.

Hopefully, no one in the league objects to this move, and understand, that in my role as a ProFSL Staff Member, my first priority is to make sure that our league continues to thrive and be successful.  So, beginning today, Reid will assume control of the Padres and compete against the Dodgers in the playoffs.
