C Hedges, Austin, $2m (2021)   $2m + $1m = $3m * 1.1 = 3.3 round to $3.5
SP Ross, Joe, $2m (2021)   $2m   + $1m = $3m * 1.1 = 3.3 round to $3.5

Also, I believe Yusmeiro Petit should have a cap hit on 2020.

Both of these buyouts are $3.0m each.  $1.5 + $1.0 x 1.1% = $2.75 ~ $3.0m
