Title: Orioles GM tackling new horizons

I received a PM from Shooter47 announcing that he is leaving FGM.  He has gotten married and is going to be a first time father in a short while—so he has decided to give up the Orioles.

Shooter47 was a former FGM Commissioner and a long-standing GM, so while he will be missed, we should all wish him nothing but the best!
