This is Chicago's 1st warning for winning a FA and not clearing a roster spot for the FA within 24hrs of the winning bid closing.

I have accounted for Clemmensen, Nordstrom signings plus Harding BO which leaves :CHI-NHL: at 30 active roster players plus one LTIR in use.
