Canes are looking for a trade for Tom Wilson, $1.8m (2017-2020). He's due an extension for eight bills. But he's the total package. Scores. Assists. Hitting machine. Wilson's the talented and mean bodyguard/linemate of one Alex Ovechkin.

The Stars are putting the best 1B goalie in hockey Jaroslav Halak, $8.3m (2018-2023) on the block.
He's signed to backup Rask again in 2020-21 ... and Cassidy likes to not overwork Rask. 200 points each year with the Bruins, averaging 6.5 points/game.
Looking for help at Center in return. Can take on a big contract.
