Arizona got their pick in before Boston could make their selection, so Arizona's selection of Justin Bianco is completely valid.

The A's are on the clock but both the Mets(11/26) and the Orioles(11/25) have forfeited the rest of the draft which would put the Yankees on deck.

As the Metropolitan organization is currently seeking new ownership I would hope if one is found soon, he or she would be able to opt back into the draft if they so desire. Amateur drafts are such an important part of any good dynasty league, it would be a shame to penalize new ownership for past owners lack of interest or what ever excuse one would like to asign for not taking part in a key part of dynasty league ownership.

Since the Mets are "available" ( again ) I view their prior desire to stop drafting
as "Void" and they are now on the clock .
