Salary Cap
Salary will be a flat hard cap.
2015-16 Mirror NHL as of June 23, 2015
-- The Upper Limit: $71,400,000
-- The Lower Limit: $52,800,000

Penalties For Non-Complance
Below OR Over Cap (1 week warning in effect after which penalty will be levied) = Lose Highest draft pick or at the discretion of the league commissioner(s) lose a player from active roster or receive $1.0m cap penalty for season if over cap or lose top rated MiLR player.
note: owners need some time to comply but given this is a salary cap league, the penalty must be severe.
