I have started the process of rolling over the rosters. I completed two last night. This will be a slow process and I won't be able to work on it every day, but the goal is to have it completed before with some time before free agency.
I have changed some things on the spreadsheets to make them a bit easier to work with and less prone to errors. Just a couple of notes to help everyone understand how they will work going forward:
- There is now a checkbox to the side of the roster for the 60 day DL. When a player is placed on the DL, that box will be marked and the roster total will be adjusted. The player will not be moved to a different area.
- Salaries for players in the minor league already show in the minor league portion. It is my intention to also show bonuses in that area going forward. These will be shown in the current season's salary column.
If they get called up, then I'll probably post the bonus back in the Adjustment section - These changes will mean that the only thing in the middle section of adjustments will usually be released and cash adjustments.
- The biggest thing, is that all of the salary cap information has been moved to the top and will include all rows in the column. This should provide better visibility and less risk for errors in calculation.
- This move has necessitated some changes for the logo, team names and some of the other items on top.
Take a look at Seattle or Texas for the updated view and see what you guys think. Feel free to post any feedback here. I am happy to take things into consideration. My hope is that I can make this more user friendly and easier for those who help.

The next rosters to be completed will be those who have made transaction posts, so I can get those rosters updated as soon as possible.

I have changed the spreadsheet to one owned by me, so we wouldn't have any more issues. If anyone has an issue with the incorrect roster showing up, please let me know.

Guys bear with me on the rosters. I am trying to update the rosters so they are easier to maintain while also easier to ensure they are correct. As I have been updating them, I have found things that have caused me to make changes. I believe I am close to having a final product to use going foward.
I appreciate the patience. I think the final product will be better for all. You are welcome to provide your feedback on the changes here, if you'd like.
