I am pleased to announce that WCB2 has filled its last opening and we are now a 16 team league again.

Please welcome Bobby M. (WestCoastExpress) as the new GM of the . Bobby is a fan and will bring a great deal of enthusiasm to WCB2.

The Oakland A’s will now be guided by Jim (jmtrops).  Jim expressed a real interest in becoming a part of the league, so I decided that it provided me with a built in contingency plan in the event we have a sudden need for a replacement GM—which in fantasy baseball, always seems to be a reality.

I will continue to co-commish with Rick (BHows).

Sometimes people mean well, but somehow things prevent them from actually following through with promises for more active participation.  Without going into much detail, suffice it to say, such is the case with the current GM of the
