ok seeing this is my first for fa if a player has a bid forr 11.5m is that per yr? or is that say 5 yrs @2.3m per yr

A bid of 11.5m in FNHL = 3.83333 or 3.9m annual cap hit for 3yrs.

A 3.0m and 4.5m bid are both valued at 1.5m for 3yrs. Because a 3m bid cannot be a 1.0m contract for 3yr, must be bumped up to 1.5m over 3yrs.

For the Franchise Player discount, I understand only players drafted by the FNHL team and those that play for the same real NHL team qualify?

Do original FNHL players originally drafted at the initial dispersal draft when the league was formed count as eligible Franchise Player candidates?

This is the league's rule regarding Franchise Players but not sure your specific example is mentioned in the rule.

If you can find the original post referencing how the player was an original 2010 draftee during the original FNHL dispersal draft... by definition, a player originally drafted by a team to their active roster and/or MiLR should be eligible.
