Title: Penguins - Injury Ravaged

My DNHL team has taken a page out of the NHL Penguins and just had real brutal injuries this year.  If you play for my team you will break bones, get concussions, life altering diseases and your family will die.

Christian Wolanin - torn labrum out 6 months
Jake Guentzel - shoulder surgery out 4-6 months
Stelio Mattheos - testicular cancer!
Fleury - dad died
Troy Terry - broken knee cap out 3 months
Dougie Hamilton - broken leg out a long time
Viktor Arvidsson - out 5 weeks for getting broken in half by Bortuzzo cross-checks
Bryan Rust - probably broke his hand and was out 4 weeks
Trevor Moore - concussion been out 4 weeks and going
John Tavares - out 2 weeks with a broken finger

How is your team doing?

Dang Rusty is out now too? He was showing well there on the top line. Jeez.

But hey, you're probably still making playoffs and that's still a couple months away. Hate to match up against you in the first round...

No that was earlier in the season. Not all these guys are currently hurt right now.

Yeah, this is just a compilation of injuries my team has faced throughout the year.  I'll only be without Guentzel and Hamilton come playoff time. Nothing like losing 20+ points a week for the rest of the year.

Yup that hurts, more so in playoffs in win-or-go-home mode. Happens to us all though. Who knows, maybe Pastrnak gets injured again during our playoffs.

I've been without Crosby for most of the year.  I've got guys in and out.  Now Hart is down.  I'm starting to debate being a seller now instead of a buyer.

Can now add Seth Jones with a broken ankle to the list of players to succumb to injuries on my team.

Just as the NHL Penguins had John Marino break his cheek bone.

The two teams are joined at the broken hip.
