Title: VEGAS and CHICAGO BIG TRADE
Post by: ALL4U2NV on February 22, 2019, 02:15:02 PM
Vegas makes a trade to bring in new talent to showcase on the strip. Brett Howden, Kopitar and the high draft picks are the centerpiece of this trade with Chicago. Wedgewood is playing very well for the Rochester Americans and I see him landing the backup role pushing 33yo Hutton out at training camp. I like what we're getting in this deal.

:thumbsup::iatp: You got to wonder how long Mrazek stays serviceable before he reverts back to his usual self.

:iatp: Chicago management completes this trade with the Vegas Golden Knights to acquire some depth where we feel our team needs improvements immediately as the regular season draws to a close. We would like to see more consistency from Mrazek before committing to a contract extension while Grabner appears to be ready to return from a serious injury to provide veteran leadership both on and off the ice. We wish Vegas well.
