Title: RC POLL VOTE RESULTS: Vote to Remove Rule for Restructuring Contracts

The voting on this issue has now closed.  By a vote of 5 -1 (with 2 abstentions), the Rules Committee has voted to remove the Rule for Restructuring Contracts.

The rule removal will be effective immediately, although it won't really have that much of an impact because the rule was seldom used.
