Ray's agree to this to this deal because we are all in on the for the next couple of years and Freeman gets us to the next level. I hate to trade away Eddie Rosario because he has really came into his own this last year and is just entering his prime. However, I've been trying to get Mazara I'm every league that I own because I think he's going to break out this year; he's only 23 but loaded with potiential... However, I have been wrong before i.e. Bryon Buxton

Royals believe dealing with Rays was a give and take in coming up with the supportive needs of both teams. We like the negotiations in obtaining these fine quality players in Rosario and Aguilar with a savings of cap for 2019 but could lose out over length of contracts. Rays get real producer in Freeman and a upstart for potential in Mazara.
