Title: Angels and Blue Jays Trade

Jays Trade:
SP Duplantier, Jon, $0.3m (P-n/a)   

Angels Trade:
SP Pearson, Nate, $0.3m (P-n/a)   



Pretty straight forward trade of pitching prospects. For me it's just about getting Pearson who's a Blue Jays prospect. Angels get the slightly better rated guy.

It's the 73 Overall Prospect (Duplantier) for 76 Overall Prospect (Pearson). I don't mind the downgrade to get the Blue Jay here.

:LAA: confirms. I like both guys a lot. I think Pearson has more upside, but Duplantier has a higher floor and Duplantier is also closer to the majors, so I’ll take the slight upgrade even if Pearson could be better in the long run. Good luck West Coast
