Ryan Garbutt, $1.2m (2017-2019) was given a PTO but didn't meet our standards so he's gone off to join the circus in the KHL. He's signed and currently playing with KHL's Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod. He gets a 1yr non-NHL buyout.

Save $1.2m when Garbutt's buyout cap hit is deleted.

:LAK: Kings get:
Niklas Kronwall, $1.5m (2016-2019)
Alexandre Burrows, $1.1m (2017-2019)
RW - Jens Looke (2015: 3/83 - 0 Games)
D - Clayton Phillips (2017: 3/93 - 0 Games)
Plus Kings will offer Ryan Garbutt a Free Agent contract for $2.4m to clear his buyout cap hit of $1.2m 2017-18 from Ottawa's payroll.

Kings trade for a good package of players while offering cap relief to Ottawa who wanted to get some cap space. We're also getting some players we like and removing some that were part of the last owner's building plans. Ottawa to confirm. Thanks EndGame.

Dennis Seidenberg, $2.0m (2015-2018)

Kings trade a younger D Stone 27yo for a veteran D Seidenberg 36yo as well as a higher draft pick to reduce the cap hit on Lehtera's buyout. Boston to confirm. Thanks Jack Daniels.
