#1 -  X-C Martin Hanzal, LTIR, $4.0m (2018-2019), $m this year   ----- buy out Martin Hanzel   = 2.64 cap hit.

#2 - G Antti Raanta, $3.1m (2022-2023)  -- moved into LTIR spot.

#3 -  Flex waive -  C Alex Steen, $4.7m (2019-2020) --- will place in minors immediately.  In anticipation that he clears.

#4 - activate Zach Ashton Reese from regular IR
