Dipping into my prospect pool to get some major league guys. Giving up 3 really good ones, and I think Greene is going to be a stud, but I'm ready to go for it this year. Really banking on a bounceback year from Javy (and will pay handsomely if he performs with his extension) since Valaika did better than him last year.

Padres Accept.  We are beginning a major rebuild and what better way to kick it off than a haul off Top 100 prospect and some major league vet pieces that may come in handy either filling out a roster or as trade pieces later.  While I really like Nola and Baez they are not guys that I can build around moving forward.  Baez will be a big resign next offseason.  Nola is still a top guy, but not a young ace to build around.  I am looking forward to having 3 young prospects to build a serviceable team around in the coming seasons.
