In a one week playoff anything can happen. I've seen the Flyers, Bruins and Habs all go nuts at various times so it wouldn't be hard to imagine any of them knocking off the favorites.

I don't think anyone from the west could beat Carolina or Detroit in a two week final though.

You never know what could happen with so much of the season left. And Halo is so right about being knocked off in a 1 week playoff if a player or a team has a monster outing.

I'm sure that I'm likely to pick up some losses over the next 2 weeks due to these NHL bye weeks...

Price screwed my Cats a few yrs ... only takes 1 or 2 key injuries and your team's season can go from 0 to 60 in a heartbeat or get totally derailed.
