Ex. 1 vote per team which equals 2 votes. or can I split my vote Yes for one and No for other? Or sometime more complicated like 1 owner vote for a pair of teams but reduce overall team count by 1 so ratios work? Just want to be sure. Thanks.
Each of your teams gets one vote. You can choose to split your vote but you have to specify exactly how each team votes. Hope that helps.
will go with this change and ok with a 2021-22 implementation versus 2 years out. We will have 2020-21 to adjust to the extension increase for skaters. Should work out well for the league overall imo. I think the opposite would hurt the league (ie. giving teams too much cap to spend is like giving children too much rope to play with). If it really is a bad change, stop doing the 5% decrease in 2022-23. That's my take.
I like the Wings side of this deal. Getting more points from Scheifele, Gunnarsson can help out on D and Day got signed by the Lightning over the Summer and might develop into a serviceable 3rd pairing.
