To the Twins for:

MI Yasel Antuna spec
OF Michael Beltre spec
OF Troy Stokes Jr spec
SP Jonathan Hernandez spec

Just a pure salary dump. Sure Brad Hand and Ian Desmond can help me this year but I'd rather have the payroll space to attack FA like I did last year. Giving up Gimenez maybe wasn't "necessary" but it helped get the dead weight off of the books as well, plus I got back a couple of guys that have some promise, especially Antuna. I approve. These guys all help me this year or at least give me the ability to flip them. I have the cap space to be active in FA and I don't need to throw 30m on trout being a small city team.
