Ok so Marco Scandella picked in the 2nd round by the Wild at 55th pick. There it would be an entry level contract. So does this mean I sign him to a 3 year 0.2m or 2 year 0.2m?

he will be assigned a prospect contract once he reaches 40 games. if he's playing for the nhl club and under 40 games his contract is nothing. prospect contracts are three years long and subject to Arbitration rules, meaning his salary will fluctuate throughout his prospect contract. I mean if you want to sign him to a prospect contract you can start his clock I suppose...
