Tuesday July 9th, 12pm EST (9am PST) to Monday July 29th 2:59am EST (11:59pm PST)
After the 29th, no more bids can be started but all open bids can continue as long as needed.
All RFA's not posted will enter regular FA pool.
Rookie Draft
Begins Friday July 26th at 12pm EST (9am PST)
The 1st pick can be made prior to start time (and 2nd, 3rd and so on), however the 12-hour clock won't go into effect until July 26th at 12pm EST
Free Agency
Opens:
Monday August 26th, 12pm EST (9am PST)
