I would have taken Adell or Ramos before Hiura. The risk is way higher but the upside is enormous for those two guys.

I felt pretty good about Wright at 5. While not a power arm, he knows how to pitch and was consensus top two talent. I'm satisfied.

My selection came down to Lutz and Rooker.

I dont have 2nd round pick, so lets see what I have available in the third.

I was also looking at Lutz as my Rooker backup plan. Seems I had the value pegged there. Glad to know I had company.

I appreciate it on Lange. I had three guys I was looking at. I felt he was arguably the most experienced and developed guy on the board. He's to hoping one of the two drop to round three. :toast:

It was between Lange and Romero for me at pick 1.28. I decided to go with Romero for upside. Lange is a solid grab at 2.5 though.

Just popped a 20th rounder in the 5th. Though I'm not sure how or why he fell to the 20th round.

BA also had him ranked at #141 on their draft 500. Not a straight up performance pick.

I haven't looked at individual drafts at this point but these four are very nice. I was trying to move up for Harrison when he was taken. Actually wish I would have just jumped sooner.

I was also looking at Harrison but the uncertainty about what position he'll play made me shy off him. Played mostly DH after the draft.
Really liked your first two picks as well.

Thanks. I haven't taken the time to see how other teams have done. I have mostly just been focused on finding players that will have a future role with my club.

'appreciate it- hoping Harrison's hit tool will be enough to move him up maybe a more athletic Lecroy (if I'm lucky)
