Hey guys, just have a couple questions in regards to formatting.
1) Does the banner look good where it is or should it go below the team logos?
2) I suggested this long ago but now I have the abilities to edit board styles so would you want separate boards within transactions for "Free Agents", "Drafts", "Trades", etc. or does the one board the way it is work for you?
Any other suggestions are welcomed.

Yes! I like the logos below the banner, it's different. Just want the old style logo back without the background!! And a single page for transactions is best of course!
One thing I would love to see tweaked would be to add a hot-link to the Transactions page....it's the most used page by far. We don't need a link to the draft results, and having one to Free Agency Rules is redundant as there is already a link posted to the Rules Handbook. (And if we were to single out a rules page to link to, then the Extension Values are the ones we'd want!)
That's my take. Great job on the new header an all the moves!

I can put a transaction page link on there, would be easy enough. Was trying to make them relevant to what stage of the season we were in. See if others like that link for now? I'll change out Draft results for transaction page hot link for now!

While we're discussing boards and formatting - In the processed transactions you have some that are stickied and some that are not. This makes it hard to find completed transactions since they're not entirely sequential. My suggestion is to unsticky all those that are stickied OR sticky all those that are not stickied... What a sticky situation eh?
Just an aesthetic suggestion. It kinda bothers my OCD... ;)

I like the banner above the teams, but would it be possible to have the important links under the banner instead of above? I'd much prefer that.
As for pages, I'd like it kept all in one transaction page. I already completely forget about the Waivers page because it is off on its own. I agree with Rob about the sticky-ing. If we could come up with something consistent that would be best. I also default to thinking sticky-ed items are somewhat complete and do not need active attention, but that is not the case with trades needed TC votes.

I can check on the links and see if I can get something to work. Might have to go under everything completely.
As for stickys I tend to use them when attention is needed but once compete I can also sticky any that are done to keep it consistent. For the most part this is the pattern though stickied are trades and free agent signings, non-stickied are roster moves and waiver transactions. I'll see what I can do though.

I haven't been able to figure out the problem with the smileys. Ever since that caused all the site to lose its text, the smiley add/editing section has disappeared

Links are better in black so they don't compete with the logos. Actually pref the links at the top now that I see them, but great work!

I'm considering the way the Conferences are laid out. They're stacked atop the other in a North-South alignment. Have you considered a Left-Right bias for our Eastern and Western conferences? It would make the Header a little more compact and fill the space perfectly beneath the BNHL logo!

It looks great! My only suggestion would be to scale down the size of the league banner to reduce scrolling, but that is a minor thing. Nice work!

Unfortunately logos can't be any bigger on system but I could try some stuff out. I'll make links on bottom smaller and see if that makes it look better

Prolly a pain in the butt, but East-West with a single set of links would tighten the whole thing up.

Could do that as well but then no division headers would be there. I'll do some work on it this week though and see what I can come up with
