A lot of glass on this team, so much that I even have a guy named Glass.

When this FA bid closed after 48hrs (Jan 4th) plus another 24hrs (Jan 5th) for :WAS-NHL3: to clear a roster spot, there was no room in Washington to add this FA. Huska remains a FA and WSH cannot bid on his services for the remainder of 2016-17.

That's a 1st violation for the Caps.
Reminder that 2nd offence is 5% cap penalty applied. Ouch! NJ already had one of those.
