I know it is holiday season, but NBA season has started so please get these corrected asap. Offseason it was fine given we allow RFAs to be matched and go over cap, and on rookies I was very lenient with nothing going on but do need moves to keep league fair. Again I know it's a weird time but not fair to others if these teams are illegal for any period of time and still scoring.
Chicago Bulls :CHI-NBA:
2 players over total roster limit due to drafting below 2 rookies and all rosters full already. 2 free drops (under 1m or dleague) or a buyout of someone is required. @BigD

Roster is not scoring at the moment due to being illegal.
Seattle Supersonics :SEA-NBA:
Salary cap is exceeded by $4.6m. Move to get under cap is needed asap. @Orange Country
Roster is currently scoring, however, I will manually make it illegal tomorrow if no move is made until issue is resolved.
Note:
I don't want to be strict but in this case I think it is fair thing to do. I think I was also fair and gave a few PM updates as well. However, illegal rosters not scoring for any period of time is unfair in the other direction giving opponent easy win, plus I am sure you want to have fun and compete. PM with any questions.

Both rosters are illegal here still and will not accumulate points until further notice. Don't hate me but simply not fair to be illegal.
Chicago - this one is easier to adjust by dropping rookies but this creates a mess by sayign they are still property of chicago once spots open up even though they are FAs. Will hold for now and reevaluate based on if/when @BigD shows up to make move.
Seattle- Over cap space is a bigger issue in my mind, while I allowed scoring until now as of today have moved Delon Wright and Garrett Temple to main roster creating it illegal. @Orange Country
Please try to sort this out asap, I don't like having to do this but don't see a better option and have no intention of replacing at this time but do need to know you are still around and playing with legal rosters. This can't be a multi week issue as it will create too many unfair matchups and free wins for opponent, so unfortunately may have to do something else next week if nothing is done by each GM but hope it doesn't come to this.

Seattle has already been fixed and there was valid reason so no harm here.
Unfortunately I think we lost Chicago. As of now it is still his team if he shows up but if a replacement is found will make the switch.
Effective week 3 comish moves are being made for Chicago as well as Boston (who is legal but unowned) to keep league the most competitive. I know for a fact all 18 other teams are active and for most part every has been on Fantrax daily which is great. Hopefully these 2 teams can find reliable owners soon too.
