Ryan O'Reilly, $1.5m (2013-2014)
Ranked 32rd Center in 2013-14 (122nd in 2012-13) so he gets an extension worth 4.9m for 3yrs.

Cody Ceci, $2.0m (2013-2014-EL) ...can only be extended yr-end
Ranked 170th Defenceman in 2013-14 the only season he's played so he qualifies for a 0.9m annual deal. We will increase that to 1.5m to sign Cody to a 3yr contract.

Sharks will move Tomas Vokoun, $8.0m (2011-2016) to LTIR and active Horton. He's apparently going to play sometime this week.

  • Braves155: The problem with the minors is not the system as a whole, it is some Farm Systems are more 'elite' at being able to produce talent than others. If you look across MLB teams you can pretty easily tell the great systems from the weaker systems and talent development
